Privacy notice

Controller

DSAIX ("we") is the controller of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

• Site analytics: pages visited, referrer, device, browser, OS, language and anonymous session/visitor identifiers.
• Contact data: name, email, phone and message when you voluntarily submit the contact form.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. IP addresses are processed only as hashes salted with a daily-rotating secret.

Cookies and consent

We use browser local storage to remember your analytics session. If you decline the consent banner we only record anonymous aggregate counts. If you accept, we may associate visits to an anonymous identifier for up to 12 months. Google Analytics 4 is loaded with Consent Mode v2 and respects your choice.

Retention

Raw analytics records are kept for 90 days; aggregate stats may be kept indefinitely. Contact form data is kept as long as needed to respond to your request.
